Make an endless supply of kindling with ease using the Stikkan Softwood Kindling Splitter, the original kindling maker since 1982.
Incredibly easy to use, this original design features multiple cleats and a long handled wedge tool that allows you to quickly split wood logs down into manageable, quick to catch kindling. Simply start at the lowest cleat and work your way up the cleats as you push the wedge down through the log.
Mounts easily to a sturdy (not plasterboard) wall or fence post. Use with softwoods like pine or spruce that ignite easily. Virtually anyone - young or old - can use it. Put away your hatchets and enjoy a warm cozy season of wood burning.
Durable cast iron construction with zinc electroplating to withstand corrosion. Develops a protective patina over time. Comes with a 10-year manufacturer's warranty.
